We accept returns only under the following conditions:

- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- The product is unopened, unused, and in original condition.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened, used, or tampered products
- Herbal wellness or skincare products due to hygiene concerns
- Free samples or gift items
- Products purchased during promotions/sales (unless damaged)
📸 What We Need From You
To process a return, please email support@awariherbals.in within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Order ID
- Photos of the product (clearly showing damage or issue)
- Description of the issue
🔁 Exchange Policy
If the product is verified as incorrect or damaged, we will offer:
- A replacement of the same product (if available), or
- A store credit (in certain cases)
💸 Refunds
a. Refund Method
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method via Razorpay.
b. Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. You will be notified via email once processed.
🚚 Return Shipping
- If your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup, or you may be asked to ship it to us depending on your location.
- We will cover return shipping only for verified damaged or wrong items.
❗ Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, they cannot be canceled.
