- Photos of the product (clearly showing damage or issue)
- Description of the issue

- If your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup, or you may be asked to ship it to us depending on your location.

β Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, they cannot be canceled.
