📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During high-demand periods (sales, festivals, etc.), processing may take longer.

💸 Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
  • A nominal shipping charge of ₹50 may apply on orders below ₹499.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery), if available, may carry an extra charge (₹30–₹50).

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • An email/SMS with the tracking number
  • A link to track your order in real-time

If you haven’t received your tracking ID within 48 hours of placing your order, contact us at support@awariherbals.in.


❌ Undelivered / Missed Deliveries

  • If the courier attempts delivery and you’re unavailable, they will usually retry 1–2 times.
  • Orders returned to us due to failed delivery attempts may incur re-shipping charges.

🌍 Serviceable Locations

  • We currently deliver across India.
  • International shipping is not yet available, but we’re working on it!

📦 Damaged or Missing Items

If your package is:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Items are missing or tampered with
